For in process measurements a complete product
line utilizing both single axis and dual axis laser micrometers is
available. We offer application specific products for extrusion,
wire drawing, magnet wire, grinding and bar and tube manufacturing
processes. Our XLS series laser micrometers are marketed to OEM
customers and end users. For OEM customers, the
lasers provide cost effective precision measurement.
Connectivity is accomplished via the Ethernet, serial, or
analog interface. Standard measurement software packages
are also available.
We can provide complete integrated packages for end
users. The laser gauges an be made into bench-top
measurement stations or can be fully integrated into a
production process. |

Laser Displacement Sensors
|
Our geometric laser displacement sensors span the
measurement range of 2mm to 100 meters with a high
degree of accuracy. Our sensors are designed to operate in very
industrial environments such as steel and saw mills. They can be
used as stand alone sensors as well connected to PLC or PC.
Laser displacement sensors can be used to measure
distance and profiles and can be configured as a
differential pair to measure thickness.
We can integrate the laser sensors with one our PC
in-process measurement applications to provide a
turnkey solution. |

Line and Spot Lasers
 The
Z Lasers™ represent a compact design of line, spot and circular pattern
lasers which are designed for industrial use. The laser diodes,
collimating optics and the electronics are completely
housed in a strong cylindrical case.
They come in both red and green colors.
In-process Measurement Software
We can provide PC in-process
measurement software to satisfy a wide variety of
applications. We welcome special applications as
well. Our applications are used for process monitoring,
alarming,data archiving, and interfacing with external SPC
applications.
